Company/ BR Search is an ideal preliminary credit check of local customers. There are two options of search provided by i-Search as follows:

Option 1 - Onscreen Company/ BR search

For an instant inquiry, customers can select our onscreen company search. From Onscreen Summary & Supplement Report, they can obtain the following information of a limited company that stored in our database:  

• Establishment information

• Active status

• Company Type

• Directorship

• Shareholders

• Secretary

• Litigation Record

• Modification of registration information*

Or select Onscreen Summary Report to retrieve the brief establishment history and legal status information.

BR Search provides the business registration of Hong Kong unlimited company such as sole proprietary/ partnership/ body corporate. Provided information includes:  

• General registration information

• Owner/ partner information

• Branch information*

Option 2 - Online order

For most updated information, customers can place new order on a particular company for a specific year.

Latest Annual Return is the government copy of the latest annual return of a particular limited company that was submitted to Companies Registry.

BR Copy is the government copy of the extract of information on the Register.

Note:

-As long as the information is available, the company/ BR search report will include the item with (*).

-Changes which take place after the last Annual Return lodged would not be reflected.

-Only limited details will be available for the recently formed companies and overseas companies.
